Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Appliance
Thoroughly clean the unit and secure all loose components, such as shelves or power cords, then place the item back into its original protective packaging.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large appliances, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller items, please use the prepaid shipping label provided in your authorization email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for functionality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
